When a golfer books a tee time at your course using Loop, they pay a service fee to book online, which is customary to many online marketplaces. The golfer pays the full amount of the greens fee at the course when they check-in.

Nope. We don't believe in the barter system as it causes all sorts of problems for both the course and golfers not to mention starving courses of revenue. Furthermore, IF we did barter, we'd be more incentivized to drive golfers to bartered tee times instead of helping the course maximize revenue, which doesn't sound like a recipe to growing golf participation in the US.

We don't set the greens fee golfers pay at the course - you do. Since we don't barter tee times we don't sell any tee times below the stated rates at your course.

Our technology helps maximize the greens fee when golfers book a preferred tee time at your course using Loop. We send you the difference between what the golfer pays on Loop and your greens fees.

Should a golfer who booked a tee time via Loop fail to appear on the day and time of their booking, the golfer will be charged according to the course's no-show policy and the course will be paid the full greens fee amount
